We are following the Public Health Guidance so if your child/dependent has a high temperature, new continuous cough, loss of or change in sense of smell or taste, then they must not come into school and will need to book a PCR test.
Positive lateral flow test:
We advise that your child/dependent conducts a lateral flow test twice weekly. If the lateral flow test comes back positive, then we ask that your child/dependent does not come into school and books a PCR test. If the PCR test is booked within 2 days of their positive lateral flow result and the PCR comes back negative and your child/dependent has no symptoms, then they will be ok to come back to school. If your child/dependent tests positive from a PCR test, then they will need to self-isolate for 10 days from when their symptoms started or if no symptoms then from when they received their first positive result. Following Public Health Guidance, the first day of symptoms is day 0 and the student is able to come back on day 11.
