The Engineering Pathway, the Engineering-centred curriculum shaped by ACS sponsors, including UWE, Rolls Royce, Airbus and GKN ensures students a fully immersive experience in real-world science, technology and engineering industries. Alongside our academic curriculum students, will engage with careers guidance, work experience, personal, social and health education, Physical Education plus a wide range of extra-curricular activities run in conjunction with Abbeywood.

Many students stay with us to study level 3 (A Levels) benefitting from the largest Post 16 curriculum offer in South Glos. through the Olympus Post 16 curriculum offer. Students typically continue with an Engineering-centred curriculum in Post 16 and go on to secure apprenticeships in local manufacturing firms, employment or continue further into higher education (university).
